We provide standard delivery for FREE Australia-wide. So, whether you are sending to Melbourne, Sydney, Perth or anywhere in between, our gift hampers are delivered FREE, when you pick standard delivery. You pick your preferred available date and we will deliver your gift FREE of charge.
The cost for a hamper delivered next available day Australia-wide is $16.95 plus GST. Additional charges apply for multiple deliveries to the same address.
If your order is placed before 2:30pm, most hampers will be delivered on the next available business day. It will take extra 1-2 days to regional or rural locations such as Darwin, Albany and Broome, for example.
If you are organising the hamper to be delivered to a residential address, please provide the recipient's telephone number when ordering online. We give our courier the authority to leave parcels if the recipient is not at home. This only happens when the courier deems this to be safe.
All of our hampers are delivered with a reliable and efficient courier service.
All hamper deliveries are made from Monday to Friday between 9AM and 5PM. We are unable to deliver on Weekends or Public Holidays
For Deliveries to PO Box addresses, parcel lockers and RMBs (registered mail bags) the cost is $25.95 including GST. If a PO Box delivery address is provided, the subsequent delivery times may be longer than stated above. If a delivery to a PO Box is chosen, the courier will leave a calling card for the recipient to collect their hamper from their local post office.
Different rates apply for multiple deliveries to the same address. These will be reflected in payment information in the checkout.

We are happy to deliver to hospital inpatients. Please keep in mind that patients are often discharged quickly and we may require a home address if the patient is leaving the hospital before your gift arrives. We may also require an alternative surname for maternity ward inpatients as they may be checked in under their maiden name.
During the last 2 weeks of December, our couriers experience an unprecedented volume of hamper deliveries. Please allow an extra day for delivery. We will endeavour to have your hampers delivered as close to your preferred delivery date as possible.

Please note that if our couriers need to redeliver the hamper due to recipient not being home on the delivery day or the incorrect delivery address and we are not able to leave at the door, a re-delivery fee will be charged. This cost is subject to delivery area. Our customer service team will contact you if this is the case.
